How shipping works
Every order in the Old Goat store is printed or embroidered to order and shipped directly to you by our production partner, Printful. There are two stages between placing your order and it landing on your doorstep: production time and shipping time.
Production time
Because nothing is pre-made, each item is produced after you order it. Most apparel and accessories take about 2-7 business days to produce, depending on the product and current order volume. You’ll get a shipping confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order leaves the production facility.
Shipping time and cost
Shipping cost is calculated automatically at checkout based on the exact items in your cart and your delivery address — it’s not a flat guess, it reflects the real cost of getting your order to you. Once your order ships, standard domestic delivery typically takes an additional 3-4 business days; faster and slower options may be available at checkout depending on the product.
Multiple items, one order
If your order includes several products, they may be produced at different facilities and could arrive in separate packages on different days. You’ll receive tracking information for each shipment.
International orders
We currently ship from US-based production facilities. International shipping times vary by destination and customs processing, and any applicable customs fees or import taxes are the responsibility of the recipient.
