Old Goat Wilderness is a print-on-demand store for hikers and outdoor lovers. This policy explains what information we collect when you visit or shop with us, why we collect it, and who we share it with.
Information we collect
When you place an order, we collect the information needed to fulfill it: your name, shipping and billing address, email address, phone number (if provided), and order details. Payment card information is entered directly into our payment processor’s secure checkout fields — we never see or store your full card number.
We also automatically collect some technical data when you browse the Site, such as your IP address and browser type, for security and analytics purposes.
How we use your information
We use your information to process and fulfill orders, communicate with you about your order (confirmations, shipping updates, and customer service), prevent fraud, and improve the Site.
Who we share your information with
To get your order made and shipped, we share your name, shipping address, and order details with Printful, our print-on-demand production and fulfillment partner. Payment is processed by WooPayments (powered by Stripe); your payment details are handled directly by that processor under its own privacy and security practices and are not stored on our servers. We don’t sell your personal information to third parties.
Payment security
Checkout on this Site is processed through WooPayments. Your card is charged for your order total at checkout; we never see or store your full card number.
How long we retain your data
We keep order information for as long as needed for accounting, tax, and legal purposes. If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely so we can recognize and approve follow-up comments automatically.
Your rights
You can request a copy of the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it (subject to what we’re required to keep for accounting, tax, or legal reasons). To make a request, email us at hello@oldgoat.page.
Cookies
If you leave a comment on our site you may opt in to saving your name, email address, and website in cookies for your convenience on future comments. These cookies last one year. Our shopping cart and checkout also use cookies to keep track of your cart contents while you shop. Media
If you upload images to the website, avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS). Visitors can download and extract location data from images on the site.
