Overview
Every item in the Old Goat store is made to order through our print-on-demand partner, Printful. Because each product is custom-printed or embroidered specifically for you when you place your order, we handle returns a little differently than a store selling ready-made inventory. Please read this policy before you order so you know what to expect.
Because items are made just for you
We’re not able to accept returns or offer refunds simply for a change of mind, an incorrect size selection, or because a color looked different on screen than in person. Since production starts shortly after you order, we generally can’t cancel or modify an order once it has been submitted for fulfillment.
When you ARE covered
We will replace your item or issue a refund, at no cost to you, if any of the following applies:
- Your item arrives damaged or defective
- There’s a print, embroidery, or production error on our end
- You received the wrong product or size
- Your package is confirmed lost in transit
To report an issue, email us at hello@oldgoat.page within 30 days of the delivery date. Please include your order number and clear photos of the item (and the shipping label, for damaged items) so we can file a claim with Printful on your behalf and get a replacement or refund moving quickly.
Sizing
Please check the size guide on each product page before ordering. Because garments are produced to order, we’re unable to offer exchanges for sizing chosen incorrectly by the customer — but if the item you received doesn’t match the size you ordered, that’s on us and we’ll make it right under the policy above.
Order changes and cancellations
If you need to change or cancel an order, contact us at hello@oldgoat.page as soon as possible. We’ll do our best to catch it before it enters production, but we can’t guarantee changes once an order has been submitted to fulfillment.
Refunds
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days for the credit to appear, depending on your bank or card issuer.
